The Data Center topic continues under discussion in numerous Public Service Commission hearings. This meeting only lasted seven hours.

Some of the intervenors or interested parties include the Sierra Club, the Southern Renewable Energy Assoc., the Kentucky Resources Council, Metropolitan Housing Coalition, Kentuckians for the Commonwealth, Mountain Assoc., Kentucky Solar Energy Society, Louisville Metro, and Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
